Overview

What This Scope of Work Covers

This document defines the complete growth operation Morpheus will build, deploy, and operate for Lockly. Four interconnected engines — analytics, content, affiliates, and community — working as a single system, driven by real attribution data, producing measurable outcomes across LATAM, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Every deliverable below has been defined to the level of acceptance criteria so there are zero questions about what is being provided, how it operates, and what success looks like. Morpheus owns the build and daily operation. Lockly retains full control of player data, approvals, and regulatory responsibility.

Full Infrastructure

Attribution configuration, Growth Brain knowledge base, AI production pipeline, compliance architecture, distribution systems, community bots — all built and maintained by Morpheus. Lockly provides access; Morpheus builds the machine.

Speed to Value

Every engine is designed to produce measurable output from day one of operation. Attribution is the first system configured. Content, community presence, and affiliate outreach begin producing attributed player activity as each engine goes live.

🔎

Complete Transparency

Daily growth briefings, weekly engine scorecards, monthly board reports. Both parties see identical source data from Lockly's own back office. No estimates, no manual aggregation — live numbers, every day.

What Lockly Provides

Back-office read access for attribution and reporting • AI platform API credentials for content production • Review and approval of content, messaging, and bonus structures • Single point of contact for weekly alignment • Bonus code and incentive structure decisions • VIP threshold definitions and player UGC permissions • Community rule settings

Engine 01

Affiliate & Influencer Machine

SOW 1.1 – 1.6 · Revenue multiplication

Morpheus runs the full affiliate pipeline — sourcing, qualification, vetting, negotiation, onboarding, performance management. Lockly approves all deal terms before activation. Every recruited player is attributed with a unique tracking tag and measured in Lockly's back office.

Deliverables — Line by Line

SOW 1.1

Prospect Scraping & Qualification

Continuous automated discovery of potential affiliate and influencer partners across gambling and crypto niches, scored and ranked for outreach.

  • Automated scraping across crypto casino review sites, gambling Telegram groups, Discord servers, X personalities, YouTube/Kick streamers
  • Scoring engine — audience size, audience quality (bot ratio, engagement), geo overlap with LATAM/Africa/SEA
  • Brand safety scoring — reputation risk, prior gambling affinity, competitor exclusivity check
  • Auto-qualify threshold (≥ 0.60 score) for outreach queue entry
  • Auto-disqualify rules — minor-targeting, scam history, restricted-geo-primary, competitor-exclusive
  • Brand safety verification on every prospect before outreach
  • Weekly prospect list refresh with new adds and status updates on existing rows
  • Growth Brain integration — all prospects stored in structured prospects table
SOW 1.2

Multi-Channel Outreach Sequences

Personalized multi-touch sequences moving qualified prospects from cold to closed. Lockly's transparent back-office access is the lead differentiator.

  • Day 0 cold outreach — personalized with name, audience size, and specific value proposition
  • Day 3 follow-up touch
  • Day 7 third touch
  • Day 14 nurture #1
  • Day 28 nurture #2
  • Day 60 dormant re-engagement
  • Channel priority: email first, Telegram second, X DM tertiary
  • A/B testing on all outreach copy — Morpheus writes and optimizes
  • Lockly template approval before any sequence goes live
  • Compliance clearance on all sequences before activation
  • CAN-SPAM and GDPR-equivalent unsubscribe handling
  • Character discipline enforced — outreach is always Morpheus operator voice, never in HH character voice
SOW 1.3

NGR Deal Pipeline & Sub-Attribution

Full contract-to-activation pipeline including tiered partner structure, sub-attribution tag issuance, and monthly reconciliation.

  • 3-tier partner structure — Starter (10% of Morpheus cut), Growth (20%), Elite (30%)
  • Partner classification — pure NGR, hybrid, or sub-affiliate
  • Standard partner agreement template (drafted by legal)
  • Per-deal variation review by Nick before signing
  • Digital contract execution (DocuSign or equivalent)
  • Sub-attribution tag issuance within 24h of countersign
  • Engine 03 integration — sub-token resolution at every attribution rollup
  • First-touch verification within 14 days of activation
  • Monthly reconciliation — attribution_rollups joined to payouts table per partner
  • Variance monitoring — target <2% between expected and actual payouts
  • Nick approval on all tier assignments
SOW 1.4

Pre-VPN Lead Capture Funnel

Landing page capturing players who would otherwise bounce at Lockly's geo-gated screen. Turns zero-data bounces into attributed signups.

  • Morpheus-hosted capture page — brand-kit compliant, mobile-first (90%+ traffic is mobile)
  • Single-field capture: email OR Telegram handle with bonus incentive
  • Automated email nurture sequence:
    • Email 1: Welcome + Lockly onboarding guide (including VPN steps if geo requires)
    • Email 2: Character hook from the referring character
    • Email 3 (Day 3): Bonus code if still unregistered
  • Attribution fire — when player signs up at Lockly, email subscriber tagged as converted
  • Compliance chips on capture page — age ribbon, AI disclosure, geo chip, responsible gambling
  • A/B testing on hook copy and page layout
  • Unsubscribe handling + preference center
  • PII isolation — emails stored in separate Morpheus email platform with Lockly-permissioned export only
SOW 1.5

Influencer Vetting Protocol

Deep-vet process for every influencer before any co-marketing engagement. Higher risk than pure affiliates = higher scrutiny.

  • Reputation scan — past 12 months of content scanned for scandals, controversy, brand-safety issues
  • Audience quality analysis — bot ratio, engagement rate, geo distribution, age distribution (21+ required)
  • Content history review — prior gambling content, exclusive competitor ties
  • Legal review — ongoing disputes, reputational threats
  • Character fit assessment — does the influencer's persona align with any HH character without canon conflict?
  • Platform health check — platform strikes or warnings in past 12 months
  • Automated initial scoring pass + manual review by affiliate lead
  • Score ≥ 0.75 and no red flags → proceed to Starter/Growth outreach
  • Score ≥ 0.85 → escalate to Nick for potential Elite consideration
  • Any red flag (scandal, exclusive ties, legal dispute) → hard reject
  • Written vetting report per prospect stored in Growth Brain
  • Pattern detection on rejection types to improve future scoring
SOW 1.6

Deliverables — Line by Line

SOW 4.1

Character & Storyline Architecture

Full deployment of all 7 characters into Lockly context. Each character is a complete brand with visual identity, personality framework, multi-month narrative arcs, and platform-specific presence.

  • Per-character visual profile — consistent look, style, wardrobe, setting across all platforms
  • Per-character personality framework — voice, tone, vocabulary, catchphrases, speech patterns
  • Season arc planner — per-character multi-month storyline beats (intro → rivalry → comeback → stakes raise → community moment → finale/pivot)
  • Cross-character interaction map — every allowed crossover pre-defined (when Marco meets Scarlett, when Louie mentors Coco, when Rocco steals from Aria)
  • Lockly-contextualized taglines — per-platform bio copy per character (35 bios: 7 chars × 5 platforms)
  • Geo-specific storyline overlays — Brazil carnival for Marco, Lagos nightlife for Coco, Manila crypto scene for Aria
  • Character canon compliance verification — lorekeeper review of every wrapper against locked parent IP
  • Lockly executive approval on all character concepts before production begins
SOW 4.2

AI Video Production Pipeline

4-Layer Compliance Gate (Blocking)

Nothing ships until every layer clears. This is what keeps Lockly out of regulatory trouble.

Layer 1: Character Canon
Layer 2: Character Memory
Layer 3: Gambling Vertical
Layer 4: Operator Approval

Layer 3 enforces: geo-gating, AI disclosure, no fabricated wins, no minimizing addiction, no targeting minors, no guaranteed-win language. Layer 4 adapts: Tier 1 (every stage reviewed) → Tier 2 (concept + final) → Tier 3 (autonomous with spot-check) as trust builds.

Production Pipeline Stages

1. Ideation: Research-backed idea generation per character, geo, and platform. Each idea logged with a unique ID.

2. Scripting: Writer drafts in-character script with referral tag placement and compliance markers.

3. Visual & Voice: AI-generated visuals matching character brand. Voice performance matching character cadence.

4. Editing: Assembly with compliance overlays, referral tag stamps, and platform-specific formatting.

5. Compliance: 4-layer gate. Pass → schedule. Fail → rework loop (average ≤ 1.2 loops per piece).

System Architecture

How It All Works Together

These aren't four separate services. They're one interconnected system where every engine feeds every other engine. Data flows in closed loops — content produces attribution data, attribution data optimizes content, community amplifies everything, and analytics measures it all.

Content → Attribution

Engine 04 produces content across all 7 characters and 5 platforms. Every piece carries a unique referral tag. Engine 03 tracks each tag from click → signup → deposit → wagering → NGR.

Affiliates → Attribution

Engine 01 recruits partners, each assigned a unique sub-attribution tag. Every player from every affiliate is tracked in Engine 03 with the same end-to-end attribution chain.

Community → Attribution

Engine 02 distributes bonus codes and referral links through Discord, Telegram, and X. Each channel carries its own tracked tag. Engine 03 measures which communities drive real deposits.

Analytics → Optimization

Engine 03 feeds performance data back to all engines: content A/B optimization (Engine 04), affiliate partner scoring (Engine 01), community health metrics (Engine 02). The system gets smarter every day.

UGC Amplification Loop

Engine 03 detects significant wins → Engine 02 announces in real-time → Engine 04 produces character-voice content from it → distributed across all platforms → Engine 03 tracks the attribution. One win becomes content that drives more wins.

Compliance Across All Engines

The 4-layer compliance gate spans Engine 04 content production and Engine 02 community posts. Nothing reaches a player without clearing character canon, memory consistency, gambling vertical rules, and operator approval.

SOW 25

Your Dedicated Operator

One person runs this entire system daily. Your single point of contact for every question, every approval, and every report.

The Value

The scope of work described above — 4 engines, 25 deliverables, dedicated operator, 7 AI character brands, 5-platform distribution, full end-to-end attribution, 4-layer compliance architecture, daily/weekly/monthly reporting — represents an operational capability that would require 8–12 specialized hires at $600K–$1.2M/year to replicate, plus months before first output.

The Numbers Behind the No-Brainer

Industry benchmarks, conservative projections, and three ways to see why the math works overwhelmingly in Lockly's favor.

These are published industry averages for crypto-native casino platforms. Lockly’s specific numbers may differ — we use these as the conservative baseline for projections below.

$250
Monthly NGR / Active Player
Conservative estimate. Industry average is $350–$500/mo for crypto casinos.
$890
Average Player LTV
Lifetime value across crypto casino sector. Top operators exceed $1,500.
$125
Average CAC
Customer acquisition cost. Affiliate-driven CAC runs 25–40% lower than paid media.
40%
New Signups via Affiliates
Industry average. Content-driven affiliate programs outperform paid media 3:1 on retention.

Breakeven — How Few Players It Takes

At $250/month NGR per active player, Lockly recoups the entire monthly retainer with just 60 attributed players. The build fee pays for itself the moment you pass 160 cumulative players.

60
Players to Cover Retainer

60 active players × $250 NGR = $15,000/mo.
Retainer paid. Every player beyond 60 is pure upside.

160
Players to Cover Build Fee

$40K build ÷ $250 NGR = 160 player-months.
Even 160 players in a single month clears the entire build investment.

7:1
LTV-to-CAC at 500 Players

$890 LTV ÷ $125 CAC = 7.1× return per player.
Industry healthy ratio is 3:1. This system targets nearly 2.5× the benchmark.

Conservative Revenue Projections

Using $250/month per player (bottom of the range) and conservative player acquisition rates. These projections assume organic and affiliate-driven growth only — no paid advertising.

Active Attributed PlayersMonthly NGR to LocklyAnnual NGRNet After RetainerROI on Total Annual Cost
60 players $15,000 $180,000 $0 (breakeven)
100 players $25,000 $300,000 +$80,000 36% net return
250 players $62,500 $750,000 +$530,000 241%
500 players $125,000 $1,500,000 +$1,280,000 582%
1,000 players $250,000 $3,000,000 +$2,780,000 1,264%
2,500 players $625,000 $7,500,000 +$7,280,000 3,309%

Total annual cost = $40K build + ($15K × 12) = $220K. Net return = Annual NGR minus $220K. Lockly keeps 100% of attributed revenue — flat fee, no rev share.
At just 100 active attributed players, Lockly generates $300K in NGR on a $220K investment. Every player beyond 100 is accelerating upside.

What This Costs to Build Internally

To replicate the 4-engine scope described above, Lockly would need to hire, train, and manage the following team:

RoleCoversAnnual Salary
Head of Growth / Marketing DirectorStrategy, engine coordination, reporting$140,000–$180,000
Affiliate ManagerSOW 1.1–1.6 (Engine 01)$85,000–$120,000
Content StrategistCharacter storylines, editorial calendar$80,000–$110,000
Video Producer (AI/traditional)SOW 4.2 production pipeline$70,000–$100,000
Social Media Manager5-platform distribution, scheduling$60,000–$85,000
Community ManagerSOW 2.1–2.6 (Engine 02)$55,000–$80,000
Data / Analytics EngineerAttribution, Growth Brain, dashboards$120,000–$160,000
Compliance Specialist (Gambling)4-layer gate, geo-gating, disclosure$90,000–$130,000
Graphic DesignerCharacter visuals, thumbnails, social cards$55,000–$80,000
Copywriter (Multilingual)LATAM/Africa/SEA localization$60,000–$90,000
Total — 10 specialized hires $815,000–$1,135,000/yr

That’s $815K–$1.14M per year in salary alone — before recruiting costs, benefits, management overhead, software licenses, and the time it takes to build the systems these people would operate.

Morpheus delivers the equivalent operational output for $220K Year 1 — a 73–81% savings versus hiring internally.

The Time Cost of Doing It Yourself

Even with unlimited budget, building this operation from scratch takes significant time:

Realistically, 6–12 months before first attributed player via the internal route. Every month of delay at 250 potential players is $62,500 in NGR left on the table.

Three Reasons This Is a No-Brainer

Revenue Upside

At just 250 active players, Lockly generates $750K/year in NGR on a $220K investment. At 500, it's $1.5M. At 1,000 it's $3M. The ceiling is the market — crypto gambling is a $65B sector growing 15% annually.

Cost Savings

Replicating this scope internally requires 10 specialized hires at $815K–$1.14M/year. Morpheus delivers the same operational output for $220K — saving 73–81% from Day 1.

Speed to Market

Internal build = 6–12 months before first output. Every month of delay at 250 potential players = $62,500 in lost NGR. Morpheus deploys a fully operational machine with systems already built and proven.

$220K investment. $1.5M+ revenue potential. 73%+ savings versus internal build. Operational from day one.
